Amazing place in a great setting. Been going since 2003. Consistently top quality food and drink. Always good beer and wines. Love the place. Service top notch too.

We celebrated at the Three Acres in the private tasting room. The room itself is amazing with it’s own private bar and entrance. I cannot rate the service enough, nothing was too much for the waiters we had. The food was perfect 25 orders on the night and each person was delighted with each of their three courses. We Would definitely celebrate here again and we will definitely be becoming regulars in the restaurant.

Upon booking we booked dinner for 7 pm we very quickly got a phone call asking us to come in earlier because they want to shut the kitchen at 7 pm. This seems to be poor communication between the kitchen and the management. Nonetheless, we arrived at 6.30pm and we were very quickly asked what food we wanted to quickly order. The suited gentlemen who took the order wasn’t particularly friendly or excited to see us. This is the only aspect of the visit, I have marked down for and I hope my feedback is taken on board. The waitress Ruby was very friendly, and the atmosphere and table settings were lovely. They had fantastic cocktail options and great wine selection. Champagne and oysters were also available! Food offerings were good, including Sunday dinner for those who want it. Ruby really made our visit special, and she was incredibly knowledgeable about the wine, and was a very gracious host. She seemed to genuinely care about us, even down to a genuine goodbye.

Went to The 3 Acres last night and it was fantastic! Amazing food, great service and a varied choice of dishes. We were spoilt for choice. Where we were seated, the main waitress was Zara who we want to specifically mention as she is a credit to 3 Acres! Exceptionally customer focussed, attentive and did not stop once. We will be back again soon to sample the other fantastic dishes on the menu 😀

Went with friends for lunch to celebrate Phil's 70th birthday. It was the perfect place - surroundings, attention from staff. Wonderful food. Thank you!

Had a lovely meal Saturday night. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is located in a rural area not too far from Emley Moor Mast. Beautiful scenery. I had Beef stroganoff and fries which was £28. I was in a party of 4 and the total bill came to just over £166 but the restaurant had put on an additional £16 service charge. Personally I think when the bill is £166 it’s expensive enough. We chose not to pay the service charge but did leave a tip.

We stayed at 3 acres after attending a wedding. The room was absolutely beautiful, it was clean and lived up to our expectations. The breakfast the next morning was also included in the room price and was absolutely lovely. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be coming back.

It's been a while since I visited the three acres, mainly because I have moved out of the area. My family and I went last Wednesday and I had a delicious mushroom and tarragon soup for starters, followed by duck with a gratin and tenderstem broccoli, finished with a raspberry mille feuille. The service was great - very polite but not stuffy. It was perfect.

A big free carpark ,a warm welcoming check in ,all info given. The room was an ok size ,bathroom a good size too Bed was very creaky kept waking me up ! . WiFi was weak A nice hamper in the room ,thought it was part of the price has no price list in the hamper but checked with reception unfortunately not !!! It was more of a bath with a shower attachment . Sent in a beautiful location surround by countryside lots of nice walks . Evening meal was excellent but a very pricey menu ! Breakfast included but cooked was a bacon or sausage roll ,English breakfast was extra. Would stay again and recommend 👌

The Three Acres Inn oozes character and quality from the moment you step through the door. They even have their own chocolate arranged as you enter. The food is of a fantastic quality. I've been twice and the food is great. Unfortunately we were seated in an out of the way table the second time around and this reduced the atmosphere considerably. But it didn't reduce the quality of the service, staff are as attentive and responsive to your requests. The car park is large and there seem to always be spaces. The location is great, at the top of a hill next to the Emley Moore tower. It's essential you book beforehand as it always seems to be full. Leave room for the puddings as they're always great.
