We come here quite a bit for the delicious desserts and fancied a treat tonight, we ordered delivery and when we opened the bag one of the items was not quite correct but I didn’t bother contacting the store directly as I didn’t mind too much. However, a few minutes later there was another knock at the door, we opened it to see that the store had realised the mistake without any complaints from myself and took it upon themselves to go out of their way and deliver the correct item with a note to say sorry.
I thought this was wonderful customer service as most places would not do this, I would 100% recommend ordering from here.

Came here today with my daughter and we ordered a waffle and brownie explosion. Was greeted with excellent service by Aliah and she was friendly with my daughter. Desserts were great and well priced.

I’m not one to write a review but the service today was exceptional. Me and my family were served by Aliyah who was very kind and accommodating. We ordered the Lotus Biscoff milkshake which was incredible! It was the best milkshake I have ever tasted. The white chocolate cookie dough and the I’ll have what she’s having waffle were top tier. I can never fault the service here at Heavenlys in Huddersfield. It was an amazing experience and I have Aliyah to thank for this. I can’t wait to return!

We came all the way from Bradford and wasn’t disappointed at all. Loved the staff interaction, were asked for allergies and he brought us a baby chair without us asking for it. The desserts were warm and fresh, I ordered a fudge cake for myself and loved it. Top notch food, even better experience.

Our sever was Shem he was the kindest and most polite server we have had the pleasure of meeting.
He got all our orders in tact and asked us if we had any allergy or dietary requirement and handed us the folder for items that contained allergies as I have bout allergies and after wards he asked if everything was fine every now and then. The menu was very interesting I had to try several desserts and was happy with everything and ended up with a take out. Items starts from 1.30£ upwards and it's very reasonable, would be coming back .

After a abysmal meal at another Huddersfield TikTok favourite we walked in, a party of ten at 2245. We knew they shut at 23:30. We were greeted with a smile the team working were hospitable and very welcoming. We ordered food and hot drinks. Two guys ordered water however the the staff gave us all water. The Milk cake was amazing along with the other deserts. The time was rapidly approaching closing, however we were never rushed. All in all the best desert place we have been too.
