Stayed at hotel next door, booked table for 2 . Good welcome, beer and food. Very accommodating with food requirements. Would recommend both hotel And the nags head.

Decided to stop off here for dinner when we drove into a traffic jam on m62. Wow! What a stunning place inside! Staff are polite and attentive and served some of the best food we have had in a VERY long time! Prices here are slightly above average, but you certainly get your money’s worth in quality! Would recommend to any foodie or passer-by thirsty for a pint!

First time visiting here & have to say great place. Staff are polite & friendly. Sat in the restaurant area & it was really nice. I got the fillet steak with peppercorn sauce which was all perfect but the peppercorn sauce was only warm & had a skin sat on top so was clearly just sat & microwaved but was still nice. Will be coming again.

Good food with generous portions, extensive menu and friendly service. Would be a 5 but felt it was a little overpriced. Apart from that lovely decor and location so will happily be returning!

Great selection of foods on the menu, service was great and staff friendly. Lovely bug building whilst still being comfy and cosy feel to it. Good value for money, and I had a lovely passion fruit cocktail as well.

Food was delicious and served promptly, drinks were good, staff were friendly and service was good. Loved that you could get your own dog water and treats available. Nice vibe and decent price for 4 persons - even had the app so managed to get a discount too which is great to have those rewards!

Went midweek and the food service and the place was lovely so went back today and same experience deffinetley recommended.

Staff and service was great. Did was spot on, drinks were good. I would suggest that breakfast was offered to hotel guests with an agreement similarly to other chains as the hotel offers a breakfast roll. Although adequate, a sit down breakfast in the pub would be better.
