Nags Head - Huddersfield - Photo album

As we sat outside we couldn't really get a feel for the atmosphere, but the bar service was good...quick, efficient and very friendly. Ordered food outside using the app and, again, table service was excellent. Ordered 2 roast dinners which were very good and the garlic and cheese baked mushrooms...
This was our first visit. Gorgeous building. Food was delicious- we had 2 starters, 4 roast dinners and 2 desserts. All were really good. Couldn’t fault it. The staff were really friendly. Very impressed- will definitely visit again.
I love eating here. I have been for drinks 3 or 4 times and eaten twice, I am always impressed by the quality of service and friendliness of the bar staff. Most recently I was moved to write this review purely because Lauren who served me on the bar was so warm and friendly. The food which was cooke
Really lovely place, but very expensive for what you get. Service was great with most and poor by some. We were missing some chips and the lady serving us said they had already come out, when they hadn't (so we must of been lying then lol), that was a little bizarre. Overall good food, but not worth
Called in last month it seemed very pleasant got served by freindly bar staff and sat out in the beer garden I have not yet tried the food yet but something to look forward to plus what a stunning decor inside I popped back definitely a 5 star plus
Fabulous Saturday lunch!!! We visited for a relatives birthday and there were 11 of us in total. The food was lovely, and the service was amazing. Our waitress went above and beyond to make our time there special. Would highly recommend 👌
Beautiful location, truly delicious food & first class service. Special thanks to Michael who helped tremendously, was friendly & ran a slick operation. Even down to the finer details (you can see from the photo the flowers were perfectly fresh with crystal clear water). We booked with a very lar
Good food and prices. Drinks 🍸 a tad expensive and service reasonable. Thanks.
We had a lovely time last night at The Nags Head. The food was delicious, service excellent and the atmosphere was lovely. Leah our waitress was incredibly welcoming and friendly. They were able to accommodate for my intolerances with no issues. We look forward to visiting again.
Great Sunday roast! All food was hot, freshly cooked and well presented. Friendly service from the staff. Furniture is a bit old and tired compared to other Vintage Inns I've visited but overall atmosphere was nice and cosy.
Good food with generous portions, extensive menu and friendly service. Would be a 5 but felt it was a little overpriced. Apart from that lovely decor and location so will happily be returning!
Good beers and a friendly welcome, great ambience. As with all Vintage inns the food is on the pricey side, and in this case quality isn't quite up to the usual standard. Still, no regrets, nothing bad it's just that others in this chain have set a higher expectation.
Excellent service from Leah, who was very helpful (and funny) particularly to our Aussie guest, beautiful food and generous portions served in a timely manner. 2 children in our party also taken great care of with extra paper and crayons. Wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend.
Always enjoy a drink at the Nags, staff friendly and helpful. My big complaint this summer was the state of the outside area, chairs dropping to bits (very unsafe) and I don't think the floor had been swept all season which is not nice when your dog goes home full of muck stuck to there coats. Maybe
A nice pub / restaurant handled our party of 7 adults and 2 children, not the cheapest but very good food. The only issue was that we were not asked about allergies and gammon steak came with pepper on the egg, this was quickly changed when pointed out.
