After been unable to get tickets for play offs we decided to still make a day of it and after googling some pubs we decided on The Vulcan and so glad that we did. Short walk from train station and several tv's to watch sky sports. Within a short time we felt like one of the locals. Regulars were coming up and shaking our hands and introducing themselves and the wonderful bar staff really made us feel comfortable. Genuinely had a fantastic day out and would like to thank all for their hospitality. Definitely a pub to visit and we will be returning!!

Very friendly,very loud and lively pub. Was there on new years eve. Use to frequent there a long long long time ago in my Huddersfield Town following days. 😀

Dropped in for a warm and pint whilst visiting Huddersfield. The bar was busy with people enjoying themselves in an unpretentious way, and easy to converse with. Lots of TV to watch sport too. Beer was good and very affordable.
