fantastic food, i was just off the motorway, starving & smelt some amazing jerk chicken & delayed my day as the curry goat n rice was worth it the cute staff made anyway time worth 😋

Food was amazing but £12 for a portion is too much. It was only £7.50 the last time I came so was quite shocked at the price rise. Rating is purely for the food not the price

Just had another amazing meal from Jerk House. This honestly has the best flavours, perfect level of heat on the expertly seasoned chicken and the sides are just as good. The standard never changes and if you haven’t tried this you’re missing a treat!

Drove by several times whilst working in Huddersfield, decided to try it as love jerk chicken.
Had pulled jerk chicken with rice and beans and a quarter blackened jerk chicken.
The chicken and rice was amazing, really flavourful.
The blackened jerk chicken was by far, the most amazing chicken dish I have ever had. Cannot recommend highly enough, and will be back when next in the area

Just had a really good takeaway, we had pulled jerk chicken, Mac ‘n’ cheese, curried goat / jerk chicken box meal.
It came quicker than expected and the food was amazing! Full of favour and just the right amount of spice.

Outstanding! Food is delicious, tried most of the menu, you will never be disappointed whatever you choose! Staff are efficient & friendly, the place itself is clean & well set up meeting all covid guidelines! Cannot recommend enough!

I used to love Jerk House, but they now put their curry in the same container as the rice. Meaning by the time I've got it home or if it's being delivered, I'm essentially left with risotto. The chicken is beautiful and the curry is generally really flavorsome, but when it's all mushed in with the rice it's hard to appreciate the taste. I unfortunately won't be returning until this has been rectified, which is a shame because I use to go to Jerk House every week.
Update - You've changed it back so I've changed my stars to 5 now. I look forward to getting the brown chicken stew this weekend :)

Happened on this place whilst on my rounds. very nice welcome from the manager who talked me through the options and gave me a free sample to test before i decided. i imediately liked the guy, and seemingly so did the other regulars who he chatted to and asked how they were. felt like he had a real passion for Jamaican food which showed with the taste and cooking. really good boneless jerked chicken with rice and peas and a hot sauce poured on top. it was really tender, tasty and authentic. will be going back for the pulled chicken. great find!
