Pizzeria Napoli

The pizzas are absolutely spot on, taste amazing every time. Have had maybe 30+ pizzas from here over the last few years. Its the staff/owners that annoy me with this place, they will not answer the phone for an order in the last hour and half of service... which is infuriating when that's the only time you can order because of work. They're also quite rude when they get something wrong with your order... acting like it's the customers fault...? Also Monday to Thursday you used to get a free 9" when you order 2 x 12" and 7 times out of 10 when I turned up they "forgot" to put the 9" on and I'd have to wait for 20 mins in the shop while they make it. By then the actual pizzas I ordered have gone cold. They get a 4 out of 5 still though because the pizzas are just that good!

Omgggg the pizzas are AMAZING (we had the Mexicano) so fresh and tasty, not always keen on stone baked but it was done to perfection!! Same with the donner meat and chips, I usually have a couple pieces of donner and then feel sick because it’s not really nice or nasty pieces of meat but the donner from here I could eat all day, so meaty and nice! Even the chips were nice, we added cheese on and they were very generous with it! And to top it off THE GARLIC MAYO😍😍 just wow, massive portions too, would 100% recommend and we can’t wait to try the other things on the menu!!

Stopped off here on off chance after a trip to hri with a 5 year old. The outside of the building was appealing, nice decking area floraley decrotive. The sun decided to make a sudden appearance and the calamari on the outside chalk menu had me instantly sold. All the staff were more than accommodating and it was nice to see Italian chiefs where cooking the Italian food (authenticity) very pleasent people who made a point of making you feel valued as a customer!!!! This kind of interaction with custom goes along way as far as I'm concerned and they deserve recognition, more over and most excitingly the calamari was to die for! (better in my experience to the calamari served at Miller and Carter👌). I would be sure to recommend this place to family and friends in order to support this business and look forward to trying various other items listed on the menu in the near future. As a constructive comment only I would maybe think about making the front of the business a little more private somehow for those sitting in the decking area considerating the distance from main road, I feel this may be a little more inviting/comforting for future customers.
