I’ve ordered from here three times, thus I’m being fair and giving an overall rating but for more recently it was honestly one star...finding I’m intolerant to a lot of things including potato starch which is used in the regular dough, they were always willing to go the extra mile and make me a buckwheat Pizza from scratch which was great the first time and I’ve been very grateful for. However, I always order extra pepperoni but despite this they’re very short on toppings and that’s always been the case but I let that slide. Recently I placed my order at 5pm, they said it wouldn’t be there until about 6:30 which I accepted- we didn’t get our food until 7:45 and when you’re charging a delivery fee of £10 and advised it was going to be up to 90 minutes, which is a long time anyway, I don’t think this is any way acceptable. When I called up and expressed my annoyance, I was just met with an awkward pause and a ‘sorry’. When we did finally get the food, I don’t know if the dough was still raw because the toppings and cheese were well cooked but the texture was almost like potato and the base was very soft and made me feel a bit ill afterwards...this one experience was enough to put me off ordering again.
