Called for fuel. No gloves, no paper and the pump nozzle was filthy. The ground was sticky with diesel. Even though the price was reasonable today, will not be calling again.
Terrible terrible customer service! I went shopping with a friend, was 10.45 and an employee came and said we're closing in 15 mins, go to till etc... we said OK and quickly went to fridge section to grab some items. Picked up some some food for Afternoon tea 🎂 click +collect no hassle lots to eat tasty value for money and it's done for you 🖒. Even left overs for an lazy tea the following day can not fault it.
Regrettably on a Saturday morning the place is a "bomb site", with pallets, cages and general rubbish blocking aisles. Shelves in many cases are awaiting to filled but clearly a lack if staff means this is not done. You will always queue to pay as generally there are only a couple of tills open. Pri
Plenty of choice of everything I usually shop at Sainsbury's it was a very nice change definitely go again.
Very messy store. Lot's of empty packaging everywhere and felt congested with staff trying to fill the shelves but busy chatting to each other. Plenty of parking and fuel is competitively priced.
An outstanding supermarket - the absolutely best staff in the world who go out of their way to make a difference - particularly the florists and garden staff. Shopping was good. Having to use a screen to buy lunch in the Cafe wasnt. I like to talk to a Face, not a computer..... same computer screen in the cafe. I wonder if they ought to get Costa to go into all their stores Shoppings okay though. Got everything i needed today.
