Called for fuel. No gloves, no paper and the pump nozzle was filthy. The ground was sticky with diesel. Even though the price was reasonable today, will not be calling again.

Terrible terrible customer service! I went shopping with a friend, was 10.45 and an employee came and said we're closing in 15 mins, go to till etc... we said OK and quickly went to fridge section to grab some items. Next thing you know a security guard came to find us, the way he spoke was patronising, told us to go to the tills. Which we did, tills were closed (at this time it's only 10.47) so we were going to a self checkout and some lady said come to a till, we said we're OK, anyhow she forced us to go to a till (which they opened specifically for us, there was absolutely no need for this, we didn't have many items). Other late customers came and went to self checkouts, no questions asked or tills opened for them. Lady at till talking about us to someone on her earpiece. All in all, disgusting pathetic behaviour from staff members at this store. Ruined our trip completely. Also bear in mind, we were out of the store by 10.56pm. I understand staff wanting to go home etc, I'm not unreasonable, but there was and is no reason to treat customers like criminals! I am a regular customer, it's the first time I've encountered such a terrible service. I often shop late due to various reasons, I usually shop at sainsburys and I've never been talked to in that manner, in fact I've gone to tills at the closed times (not deliverately) not only have staff still served, they've done it with a smile!

Regrettably on a Saturday morning the place is a "bomb site", with pallets, cages and general rubbish blocking aisles. Shelves in many cases are awaiting to filled but clearly a lack if staff means this is not done. You will always queue to pay as generally there are only a couple of tills open. Prices are increasing exponentially and in excess of the much spoken about general price increases. They have also cut many lines from sale. I have shopped there since it opened and it is very local for me, however now is the time to move on I think! Needs massive improvements in store and as a business overall.

Very messy store. Lot's of empty packaging everywhere and felt congested with staff trying to fill the shelves but busy chatting to each other. Plenty of parking and fuel is competitively priced.

An outstanding supermarket - the absolutely best staff in the world who go out of their way to make a difference - particularly the florists and garden staff. Felt incredibly supported throughout the pandemic. Morrison's own brands are astounding, what I really like is specialist and designated butchers and fishmongers - the wet fish counter is the best I've ever seen in a supermarket. Hope the change over doesn't damage this good, solid Yorkshire brand otherwise something unique and peculiarly Northern will be lost. A fabulous supermarket - highly professional and recommended.
