I was served today by a lovely, helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable young girl, she was able to show me all the vegan products and the special offers, nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond to help me and my son, the body shop should be proud to have such an amazing staff member promoting their products, I’ll definitely be back.

Love everything about this brand, there products are amazing and I cant get enough. Cruelty free and some product Vigan friendly. I use their makeup and body products. Their body yogurts are amazing, my skin just drinks them up they absorb so quick, leave your skin smelling amazing and don't leave an stick residue. I also use their hand creams as I get dry cracked hands and they work an absolute treat. They have buy 1 get one half price on body products and buy 2 get 1 free on cosmetics.

Clear layout of the store which is easy to navigate, plenty of space for prams or mobility aids. Lots of viriaty in products, and opportunities to book consultations with staff over a personalised skincare routine.
