I didn't know of this place until my family ordered one evening. It was gorgeous. I thought I'd found the best, but no. So i carried on ordering from de bao. My usual order is chicken fried rice, chips and gravy not much of a Chinese I know but that's what I like. £ 8.80. I've tried a lot of dishes thow in the past 7 months. All have been nice, no complaints! Everything is mint. The gravy is second to none! It sickly but, wow. Spare ribs are long, tender and full of meat. Salt and pepper chips are great. Everything is. Seriously. Bean sprouts, rice, sweet and sour chicken, salt and pepper chicken. Everything. Delicious food. Consistency is flawless. Service is polite and punctual. Delivery at peek times can be a while but... I did know of this place from driving past but it never really appealed to me. Never judge a book by its cover. They make amazing Chinese cuisine. They package it very well,And don't fluctuate in quality. The best Chinese I've tried. I usually order and pick up. The staff are very friendly. The prices are fair. The food is outstanding. Now I'm a review guide I need to start leaving negative reviews. I don't leave reviews unless there amazing. This is the last review from a positive position. From now on there all been listed.bad or good. I only want people to experience the best you see. So yeah de bao de bomb seriously good. Got to try!!!
Fantastic food, great prices and friendly staff. Portion sizes are good we usually shared 2 starters, a main, and a side (or 2) between 2 adults.
The staff are always very friendly and accommodate any changes we ask for. Very rarely go elsewhere for Chinese in Huddersfield.
Debau Chinese just gets better and better. The food is always consistently hot, fresh, flavoursome and tasty. Its just really gorgeous. The staff are lovely and friendly and the delivery drivers are really great. Cannot fault anything at all, can only praise this Chinese and say a big thankyou for your brilliant food and service.
The food and portions are so good. Slightly more than you would pay for a take away but the quality is excellent and worth every penny. Try it you wont be disappointed
The food is always really tasty and gets delivered when they say. I just have one problem whenever I order chips they are always really hard like they've been re fried multiple times and that for me is a let down
The food here is beautiful, we live at the other side of town a d get put Chinese here, delicious everytime, decent size portions for the mains, always on time. Deffo would recommend +they're on just eat 👌
I was in the area for the Green Day concert and picked up a takeaway after the gig, it was very good , good service and reasonable price, I would definitely recommend this Chinese takeaway.
5 stars aren’t enough, these guys deserve a galaxy of them.
My recent venture was an entertaining one, I recently reinstalled the just eat app and made the assumption that it would be delivered to my last address used. Regrettably, it did not. The poor driver ended up in Newsome on a cold winters night. Not only did the staff rectify this, they arrived at the other end of Huddersfield in record time. The driver was apologetic to me knowing it was my error so I proceeded to enhancing his tip to 5 of our British Stirling !
I was only concerned at this point that the integrity of the food would have been compromised, but to my surprise It was still hot and as devilishly good as ever. I would hope people see this and see how passionate the De Bao customers are, and I would urge you to introduce your tastebuds to this tantalising treat.

Ordered from here for the first time and we were very impressed. The food was piping hot and tasted gorgeous and they even delivered all the way to Linthwaite too. Will definately order from here again.
