Me and my fiance stayed in Hunstanton for the weekend and had breakfast here Saturday and Sunday morning it was so good. The food is amazing the staff are lovely and friendly and the atmosphere is very chilled. Would highly recommend 👌
We went to the Terrace for Sunday lunch in October 2023. Food was outstanding as well as a service, they have live music on, which was absolutely brilliant. Would recommend the terrace to anyone. Lee and Mo.
Wow . Had tapas here and we could have been in any of the best tapas bars in Spain (where we should have been coincidentally!). Service came with a smile which always starts the evening off well - and BYOB means you can choose with ease what drinks to enjoy.
We had 9 dishes, all of which were superb, including the fried chorizo, meatballs, patatas bravas and the prawn special and steak special - but best of all was the calamari. There are few places which cook squid well, but to fry it so delicately, and keep the tenderness and flavour was absolutely flawless, you simply cannot get better.
Oh and do have both the sweet & the savoury tapas sharers for afters, they're great!
If I could give the Terrace a 6 star rating I would - and the fact it appears as an unassuming cafe by day makes it all the better when you discover it is such a culinary gem. We came on a recommendation, and you absolutely should go visit on ours!
Ate here on 2 nights when staying in Hunstanton. We weren't aware it was BYO alcohol but no problem as we could nip to shop within couple of minutes. Steak night was good with lots of choices and Tapas night even better. Service was a little slow but not a problem for us. Would definitely recommend. Open all day as cafe too.
Wonderful atmosphere serenaded while we were eating truly lovely fish platter really refreshing milkshake. The service was excellent Good value for money 💰 and dog friendly.
The tapas were mainly good. However, the duck bon bons tasted bitter and burnt and literally were black on the outside.
When highlighted to the waitress after 1 bite that they were burnt and really didn't taste good, she just said "yes alot of people say that ,but thats how they come " with no apology and didnt offer to deal with the situation at all, just took the plate away which was still basically full and we were still charged for it.
Had a very pleasant lunch,great value for money, friendly service and excellent atmosphere. Would highly recommend and would definitely go there again if was staying in the area ....
Visited again June 22 just had hot drinks today. Took updated photos of the menus. Not sure if cake deal was still available. We had coffee and cake which was in a deal for £3.95 {see photo} which was good, cake was served with cream in a jug. They do food through the day as per photo and are doing some evening specials including a Tapas evening see photo. All served safely. We will return and try other things.
We walked in for a tapas dinner without a booking and the staff were very accommodating despite being busy. The food was excellent quality and reasonably priced, easily the best meal we've had in the area!
Vegan option was amazing !! We had a sausage and tofu toastie very tasty. Really nice place with lovely staff
