every time i visit Huntingdon, I go eat here. Food is always freshly cooked if you order fish or chicken. It's worth the wait, one of the best fish and chips I've tried, although my favourite dish is chicken strips, a unique recipe.

I had a small portion of fish and chips and it was amazing. The fish was nice and crispy on the outside and lovely and soft and tasty and juicy in the middle, The chips were nice and crispy Just so I like them 👍👍👍👍

Currently trying various fish and chip shops around Huntingdon since Barneys Plaice changed hands and went downhill.
Golden Chippy was recommended to us. The fish was well cooked, and very tasty, though a little on the small side (we had regular size). There was quite a queue of people turned up while I was waiting, which is normally a good sign of quality.
Overall the fish and chips were good, and at reasonable price. Only reason not rated 5 stars was the small size of the fish.
