Very slow service. And shut at 5 when visiting hours are until 8pm seems a silly time to close.

The small Costa in the treatment center is now closed, but the one just beyond the main entrance is still there. Took me far too long to find it, so just in case others had the same issue!
Service here is shocking slow, more worried about taking the money and having 15 people wait for one person making the drinks, one person taking orders and money. Silly way of service now. Attitude from manager when suggested both make the …
Closed 20 minutes before advertised time, resulting in a long wasted walk across the hospital - I'm in crutches.
I always find this Costa excellent when having to attend a department in the main part of the hospital BUT essentially as I am disabled and very often on my own, I really miss the Costa in the Treatment Centre as do so many patients. A vending machine isn't any way near the same.
