Best Indian locally, we ordered takeaway this time, and as usual it was delicious.
The staff are friendly and efficient, and I wasn't waiting long for our food.
We have sat inside the restaurant on several occasions, and we were also very happy with the food, it has a nice warm welcoming atmosphere, the staff are friendly and the food is delicious.
I would definitely recommend a visit.

Had a lovely dinner here after a day out. Food was wonderful, especially the king prawn pathia and the tandoori chicken starter. Staff were really helpful and attentive.

As always, Cafe India provides excellent service and beautiful food.
Have been visiting and eating at this restaurant for more than a decade and have yet to have received a bad service.
The team and the management are gentlemen and wonderful hosts.
If you fancy a curry and you're in the area you can't go wrong here.

Arrived here with work colleagues. What a nice small restaurant. Service was really good and food was excellent 👌 I would definitely recommend you give it a try. I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Phoned late, as we got back late. 10 mins to kitchen closing, still let us order, and dine in. Staff really welcoming, knowledgeable. Gave us a brief history of what we were ordering. Very clued up, on ingredients in all dishes on the menu. I'm allergic to coconut, waiter steered me towards dishes suitable. Food was fresh, and cooked, amazingly well. Didn't have to wait long. Poppadoms and sundries, best raita. Ordered goan lamb shank, chicken Dansak. Shared rice, and keema naan. 2 colas.
OMG, food smelt amazing, very well presented. The taste off the chart. Without a doubt, best indian I've ever had. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to return.
A little pricey £40-£50. But very worth it.

Amazing service. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. They are also extremely nice and interactive with my son who is 1. Sometimes when you turn up with 2 babies you see the staff inwardly groaning. But this is not the case here. Which I can not explain how much I appreciate that. The food is amazing aswell. I have been lucky enough to have Indian and Bangladeshi friends who have cooked for me, and this place is up there with one of the best curries I have had. Thank you for the amazing food and your amazing service and welcoming nature.

Really good food and fast service. All the Curry's were delicious but the starters were especially wonderful.
