Excellent Thai food. Their curries are delicious and the Tom Yum is great too. Very authentic Thai food.
The location showing on google maps isn't quite right - it's just on the right hand side after the b2099 turnoff when heading towards Hastings on the A21 (if you pass Planters, you've gone too far!).
Make sure you call up early to place your order as they get busy!

Compared to the Thai restaurant in Battle, this little trailer in Hurst Green is really the real deal. Street food at it's best. Good value and if you buy too much the flavours are even better the next day. Really good !!

We were a bit suspicious that the quality might not be fantastic given the low prices... But it was actually just incredible value for great food. Well played Thai Kitchen!

The Thai Kitchen is a fantastic addition to the local eateries. We ate from here last night, a truly lovely selection of authentic Thai classics and at great value. The setting is really welcoming with benches, cover and heaters - could be nice to hangout for some beers and grub when the weather allows. They are also growing their own veg on-site in a polytunnel. Plenty of off road parking!

Very authentic-tasting Thai, highly recommended. The spring rolls are utterly delicious, and the Massaman curry. A big bit with all the family. Great value too. Bo is also growing her own vegetables which will be ready soon. It's all freshly cooked and I recommend ordering in advance to avoid disappointment.
