hell of a pub - great beers - great price - great staff. Also as a bonus the pool table is the best i’ve ever seen outside of a club.

Really nice old style pub. Big bonus was a choice of gluten free draught beer, very reasonably priced and great taste. Definitely worth checking out.

A real gem, a true local pub with a great atmosphere and its own microbrewery. Serving amazing ale and at weekend authentic stone fired sour dough pizza, brought to youelr table by the incredible Laura. Staff are friendly and the pub is.lively without being overly loud.
We are now regulars and hope that this amazing pub lives in

Welcoming, local pub with a great atmosphere, wide selection of ales plus Belgian beers on tap. Good range of cider too - check out the French Revelation.

I had to write this review straight away, as it was such a pleasure to visit a pub where we were met so warmly, the cask beer range produced in house is excellent ( Tried two & both very drinkable & very reasonably priced )
It was just a shame I had a train to catch otherwise I would have stayed!
I will definitely be back & can only recommend!
(Trains roughly every half hour from Manchester lovely small beer garden which is a sun trap!

Best pub in the village infact the only pub in the village. But justly a very good pub with a very impressive range of beers.

Genuine find this one, great beers brewed by own brewery, hot pies and an easy stagger to the local railway station. Was recommended by locals and boy were they right. Dogs allowed too!
