Very well-equipped service area with plenty of parking, including space for larger vehicles. The facilities are clean and easy to navigate, and the variety of restaurants makes it easy to find something quickly. The overall process on site is smooth and efficient. A reliable stop that can be recommended without hesitation.
Great stop for Eurotunnel in a camper or motorhome. It is much improved with 24 hour concessions. Facilities are clean now . Free parking for 3 hours. M20 J11 for your satnav.

Had a good tummy filling meal to keep me going. Decent choice, hope more outlets will reopen soon, so a wider offer gets available (the 2 we like are there but they can keep open from just my custom.)
I'm not a fan of motorway service stations, but this one is great. Easy parking. Clean toilets. There is plenty of choice of places to eat and shop. Would recommend.

Greatly improved since our last visit, parking for HGVs expanded and spaces for motorhomes clearly marked, now the management needs to stop cars filling the motorhome and caravan spaces - cars can park anywhere. Toilets at farthest point from parking, but very good. Good choice of eating places.
