We are staying nearby and called in for tea. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. We ordered a burger with chips, and ham, egg and chips. The food was very good value and freshly cooked. Outside there was a big beer garden and a play area for children. I would definitely call again.
The food is first class and tasty 😋 I went today for lunch and had the homemade pie 🥧 amazing and the bread and butter pudding exquisite. And the local ciders were superb. Phil and the team were top notch and made is feel welcome a must visit if you are in the area
Visited after a day out in London, arrived late due to torrential rain and train disruption but the welcome could not have been nicer. There was a party going on and a live band, the atmosphere was great and the staff were so friendly, felt like a great big family.

Had a delicious turkey roast with crispy potatoes and lovely Yorkshire pudding, vegetables were cooked just right and the choice of deserts was to die for. The drinks were at a very reasonable price, atmosphere friendly and courteous.

Came in here for a quick bite to eat on a Saturday, only one negative it did take them 30 mins to take our order once we'd sat and pressed the service bell a few time but the food was lush. Size of the fish was enormous, and was cooked perfectly. If waiting a while is the only negative ill take it,
Love it here especially in the summer time. Kids love to run around and play in the garden and the massive field. Staff are very welcoming and enjoy having a laugh with you. Food is very good. Place is always clean
Only went in for drink, but we stayed for dinner. I have been before so knew it was good. All 4 of us had the steak n Stilton pie, veg and new pots for 2 of us, the other 2 had the same but with chips and beans.

Back open and serving good quality home made meals. Does a really good cod and chips. Charming place and a firm favourite of my parents. Amazing staff and reasonable priced food. Plenty of off road parking.

We've been staying in the area for 10 days and decided to visit this restaurant on our last night. The food was lovely (best hunters chicken ever!) and very filling and the service was brilliant, the staff were so friendly (and have brilliant senses of humour!) Definately recommend 👌
To think I have lived in the area for nearly 30 years and this was first time in Robin Hood. My family and I can only give 100% for everything. Staff, Food, Friendliness, and Service not forgetting the Smiles from all the Staff. We will be back. Thank you. Tony, Karen and Kevin

What a lovely pub! Was just passing through and popped in on the off chance for a bite to eat. Lovely, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming staff coupled with very good food at reasonable prices. Hope to be popping by on the off chance more often, superb.
Only problem was the noise and bad language from a group at a wake!! Quite a party but great when they left.
I had the most amazing Slow Roasted Belly Pork, the best I have ever tasted.
