We were the only customers. The restaurant was empty so we had the best service we could expect. Rodrigo (manager) was super helpful and made us feel very comfortable. My lamb Shish was superb. Excellent quality and cooked to perfection. My wife’s lamb Sarma Beyti wasn’t amazing but just acceptable aah, and her fries(chips) were frozen… We enjoyed the experience and we’ll come back to try other menu options. The restaurant is beautiful and looked great.

Great value for money. Hot Meze was great and Faroz special is top notch. My 7 year old son said it is a romantic place. Definitely recommend!

I usually get the chicken doner or the chicken wings with mixed rice and salad it comes with a large portion enough for one person and 2 people can eat it aswell the staff is friendly and amazing I would recommend everyone to visit this restaurant the food is delicious and you wouldn’t be disappointed

Our waiter was so polite and extremely helpful, he maked sure that we have all we need and maked us feel so welcome!
Food was amazing and atmosphere was the best, they have a special service and I can see the passion they work with!

I av been going there since they are open. 1 of the most underrated restaurants in the Ilford area. Never got disappointed with the food. Spicy nan topnotch as usual... very reasonable price... all the staff are very nice and friendly...

Enjoyed my drill fish and chips with a touch of salad. The orange and carrot mixed juice was so delicious. Definitely will dine-in again at Faroz Restaurant in the heart of ilford.

Been going to Feroz since it opened. Interiors are great just like your in a restaurant in Istanbul. Food is very tasty from meat to vegetable kebab. I had chips and salmon with a bit of salad..chips were a disappointment 😞 I was expecting the chunky type chips they use to do.salmon was cooked perfectly. Was served with bread which I passed .Will small portion was served of chips and salad.Service was fantastic as always friendly and very welcoming.

Really great food and friendly staff. They really care about the customer and the food is always on point. Portion sizes are huge, there is always some leftover for the next day! I would definitely recommend this place, so tasty!

Was in ilford to watch a movie. This place was 4 minutes walking from cineworld. We ordered cold mezze, falafel and mousaka. All of the food was good. The quantity is nice and we had to leave some food.

Had only their starters. Food was great but service not great.<br/>They serve you complementary breads and starters and they were on my table before i ordered my food.<br/>When i told i am not that hungry and i will only order a couple of starters, they took away half of the portions of complimentary breads. <br/>Thats bad service. But food was good.

I really enjoy going here to eat the food is of a high quality and very well cooked too, food is well plated and you don't normally wait to long either. Service is where it can let the restaurant down at times as the waiters and waitresses are not always on the ball such as they will bring your main whilst your eating your starter still, keep you waiting for your drink etc

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Ordered through the website and after two hours food hadnt arrived. I called them 7 times and each time they told me 5 minutes. On the 8th time of calling I was told the food had left the restaurant one hour ago. After asking for a refund, they said the driver was stuck in traffic. I once again gave them a chance, and once another hour had past my father phoned. The employee (who claimed he was the manager) said that I was lying and that the previous 7 calls never happened. He then went onto swearing at my father.<br/><br/>Disgusting service, last time I order from here!!!!

Didn't intend to even go to this place but I got dragged by my friend and her husband, I'm glad they did lol, the place was clean and very nice, staff was really good as well, food was on point, didn't take long and served us well, plus the seating arrangements are good, nice and spacious, do recommend the place.

One of the finest Turkish meals I have had, can't really separate it from the others - they are all excellent hence the 4.5. The service is good, the meat has a beautiful char whilst still being moist.

Best Turkis resturant in Essex. Go to this place on a regular with the family and have never been disappointed. We always order the large plater which is perfect for a large family. Even the kids love this food.

A very good Turkish eatery that offers better quality food than the numerous other Turkish eateries nearby. The lamb doner is made using shoulder of lamb and is delicately marinaded overnight. The BBQ meats are all very succulent and again marinated subtlety. <br/>Their salads are beautifully dressed in pomegranate dressing and everything from the array of accompanying sauces, to the breads and to the bulgur wheat and rice just taste very good and in a slightly different way to the typical offerings. <br/>Faroz just offers that little bit more than its competitors do; better service, better quality and better attention to detail.
