Food was enjoyable and generous portions. Clean tidy.
We had a lamb biryani and a lamb burger meal. Apart from slow cooking g time the food was hot and tasty.
Slow time could be due to Ramadan. Free dates and salad to help break a fast despite being Christian. A very nice touch and well recieved.
Nice restaurant in prime location of Ilford Lane, which is very busy and famous place in East London. The food is good and the prices are very reasonable. staff are friendly too, but the sitting place is not luxurious and fantastic, looks very old-fashioned, basement stinks of the dump in winter. so make sure to sit upstairs. Their masala fish is fantastic.
