Fantastic service always kind and caring when it comes to custom service i have tried so many fish and chips this is but the best in the world in my opinion the freshness is outstanding the quality is exceptional flawless curry sauce is fantastic and there chilli sauce is out of this world honest i am so confused on the complaints below it makes absolute no sense at all go try the food see for yourself.

Great fish and chips and chicken doner kebabs (and chilli sauce!). There is sometimes a wait for fish to be fried, but that is worth it to get fish that is freshly fried and hasn't been sitting there for ages. I wasn't overly impressed with the chicken wings though - they were okay and I haven't really tried much else from the menu. I have been here many times, but only for takeaway.
Delicious food. There salads and sauces, especially garlic sauce (they sell the bottles due to popular demand) compliment the food so well. Need to try more of their items.

Walked in on a Friday evening and luckily enough got a table.
Staff seated us promptly, whilst being really welcoming and friendly.
Ordered a regular fish and chips and a freshly squeezed orange juice.
The staff member serving us was very attentive and polite.
After a short wait the food arrived and the fish was lovely, battered and fried to perfection. I felt the chips were maybe *slightly* undercooked for my liking whilst also the portion was a little small (especially for a ‘regular’). The fish was a decent size, however.
The orange juice was freshly squeezed and did lovely.
I do feel, however, the meal is overpriced. These 2 items cost almost £20, which is a bit steep.
Overall, a really nice local takeaway for your fish and chips fix. If the pricing was more attractive, I would probably visit more often. Good food nonetheless.
We got classic fish and chips (small) with side of curry sauce. And lab ribs that came on pita bread. They provide a side of sauces which are very delicious, not ur standard ketchup mayo. Definitely good quality. Recommend.
We had enjoyed dining in at Serene Fish & Chips. The food was exceptional. Everything was fresh. They serve the best fish and chips. The cod fish batter is so light and crispy. The lamb shish was also very tasty. The staff were friendly. We will definitely go back again.

Amazing food and service. I ordered the Mixed doner wrap for £6.50 with some fresh fries in a small size [£2.50], and believe me it was something, for a quick, stopover meal for the car.
The freshly made, warm wrap, along with the fatty, tender lamb meat all in 1 bite seemed to be the best wrap I ever had. The chips in a small size were not small. They were crispy and fat, with the perfect amount of salting
Furthermore, the employee provided excellent service, being efficient with his orders, friendly and seeming happy to work and provide his service complimented the meal even more.
The smaller details wrapped up the whole experience, with the fancy exterior and seating alongside the newspaper wrapping they use, which actually explained the restaurants story, seeming nice to have a quick look at, showing thought and care into this business.
Overall, I highly recommend and you simply cant fault or go wrong about anything. Hopefully, they can expand and have potentially a couple tables more seating. .
We have been coming here as a family for possibly over 20 years now.
The service is very personal amd professional. They always put the customer first. They appreciate the customers.
The food is excellent.
And I have not found a better Cod and Chips anywhere else.
If you haven't been already, make it your spot for your next takeaway!

The standard of Serene is second to none. The food is really tasty and the Fish & Chips are my absolute favourite. It's rarely the case that a shop holds its high standards but Serene have never disappointed.
Staff are very kind and provide excellent customer service.
Won't recommend any other Fish & Chips shop, this is the 1
One of the best Turkish Doner and Fish places near Gants Hill. It is simply amazing and fresh food.
The staff are very friendly and prepare some great meals. A bit expensive compared to other places but its worth the try.

I’m a regular customer for many years. My son ordered fish & chips plus large shish. This was about 6pm… I was waiting , at 6.40pm, I asked my son, as the food didn’t arrive, he apparently didn’t check, as he was not home , and ordered through the app.
Apparently the order was cancelled, we no explanation. This was very unfortunate and unusual. Just wanted to ask if everything is okay at the shop. Maybe the owner can explain.

Really good quality food, fresh, and some specials which I have to regularly come back for.
The meat and chips are my go to.
Deep fried snickers and battered chips, deadly but once in a while doesn’t hurt 👍🏻
Serenes is the best for kebab you will find! Amazing food, amazing staff and amazing sauces!! And even was given a voucher for next time! I will definitely be back and nobody should miss this one up! 10/10
