Great bar great food fantastic atmosphere. Always lively even during the day time they get plenty customers and it's in great location near bust stops and train station plenty to eat away from the pub after drinking as well parking is plentiful and overall shouldn't complain as its always a good experience.

Nice guest house above an Irish pub. Room very clean with good amenities. Staff really friendly and always offering to help. Extremely good value overall. Location very handy for Seven Kings station, just over 20 mins from central London, but local area is a wee bit run down.

We booked 4 nights in this guesthouse and everything was perfect. It was small room with two twin beds and a bathroom but I was enough for us to rest after a day of visiting. Everything was clean and we also appreciated the ambiance of the bar underneath which served very good dishes. I recommend!

Stayed as it was cheap. It was incredible value for money! Was expecting lots of noise from the reviews and bar downstairs, but the rooms are amazingly soundproofed. We couldn't hear a thing, it was great
Air con worked wonders, beds were comfy. Close walk to the tube stop. We stayed 2 nights as we were going to a concert at the O2 and it was far better than expected, would happily stay again

Good location with parking across the road (free at weekends).
The room was clean and comfortable. The pub had live music and great Guinness. Staff were very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel ! It has a massive parking at a good price right across ,which was a massive bonus for us .
The staff were absolutely lovely ,every single one of them !
We were lucky to have stayed there for 2nights as nothing in the area comes even close to the quality of the service they provide !
