Great place to stop by to get some lunch. There is lots of choice for both vegetarians and meat eaters. Portion sizes are very good and very affordable, for example the chilli paneer roll was huge! The staff are friendly, attentive and accommodating.
First time here and won't be the last
We had Dahi Bhalle, fish curry, pilau rice, fish biryani.
All were amazing the food was served hot for the three hot dishes and cold dish was perfectly chilled. It was well seasoned and perfect on taste. Jugs of water are on the table which is a lovely touch.
The only negative is that it is small and noisy. The walks are wooden and plain so the noise bounces around. Every table was full and more just kept coming to get in.
An enjoyable experience
Second visit, was a lot quieter but food was lovely. Had a paneer wrap and both sorts of samosas. Again was lovely.
Third visit. Food was excellent. Bhindi masala, fish curry and mushroom curry all excellent

Punjabi Rasoi is the best restaurant for North Indian cuisine in Redbridge - period!
This has become my go-to place since it changed owners late last year - the food has always been amazing and flavoursome; the owners and the team take such good care of me, whether I visit with my wife and kids, or friends; and their accommodation of their customers is absolutely brilliant.
I always ask for the table at the front of the restaurant, and they always facilitate my request with warmth, and ensure that they provide 5-star treatment.
Keep up the excellent work - you guys are brilliant!
The best authentic punjabi food I had in Europe!!!
As you can see by this picture, I had this expression after almost every bite of the Bhuna Lamb that we ordered. The best Bhuna Lamb I ever tasted in Europe!
We also ordered makki di roti and sarso the saag- the saag was simply amazing!!
And of course how can I miss the sweetest and the kindest staff! These guys were so warm and welcoming, loved every bit of being here for our dinner.

I have celebrated my Birthday at this location, the service was great, the food was lovely, especially the starters.
The owner of the place were prompt, kind, welcoming, nice, friendly, always thinking of you if you need anything, if anything needs changing or adding and if you are okay. Nothing was difficult or hard for them to deliver.
I enjoyed the experience, I need to thank everyone who played a part, helping and ensuring food was on point and delivered.

A very authentic Punjabi dhaba. It was a quaint and memorable experience. Really low prices too. I would highly recommend Moheen if you want to truly experience Punjab but can't yet book your flight to India 🙃!
