Lovely staff, very organised, but the building looks and feels a bit shabby. Perfect as a test centre though. Lockers easy to use, and very hard to lose your key as its attached to a ginormous frisbee. I passed, but got a few answers wrong, hence only 4 stars.
Came for my driving theory test - was very straightforward and quick. Thanks! Please note that if you have got a Sunday appointment, the center will be open on a Sunday even though the Google listing shows that it's closed. All the best :)
After reading many reviews regarding unfriendly staff, I was greeted with a friendly gent on security, who told me what I needed to do. The lady and gent that I spoke with were also very friendly and wished me good luck.
No complaints from me at all regarding the service!!!
I have heard good things about this centre from acquaintances who have taken tests here in the past. However, not sure if it is open for tests during this latest lockdown. The phone number listed only give automated messages. I have a QLTS test on the 13 January. The Pearson website says that all Pearson Professional Centres in London are closed except for tests related to "essential services". However, no email to me yet about the status of the test. Better communications from Pearson may be? No fault of this test centre ofcourse :-)
It's a government test center, but the staff are efficient and professional, my test was at 3pm I turned up at 2.30 and took it straight away, not much more you can ask for. Plenty of hand sanitizer!
Nothing bad to say. Nice staff. Car Park within 20 meters away so it's convenient too.

So much to see but felt uncomtable being watched all time as another custer pointed out to staff
The experience was very smooth and the staff were extremely friendly
If you arrive early sometimes they let you take your test early!
