I cannot praise this place enough. It’s by far my favourite coffee place. The drinks and food is fresh, organic and simply delicious, the coffee especially is the best tasting I’ve had anywhere. Most importantly the manager and staff really make this place with their kind, warm and welcoming personalities and excellent customer service. They remember their regulars and always make me feel special when I walk in. :-)

The best coffee shop in Ilford. They have lovely beans roast. I love their smoothies and deserts as well. They have changed to perky blenders but it is same great coffee. And mainly it is their customer service who makes this place great.

First time I tried Wayne's. Loved it, I had brunch with a friend and we both enjoyed our time there. Coffee was amazing and so were the savoury and sweet snacks. Coffees were organic- bonus! Cosy setting, friendly staff and just overall a lovely coffee shop. I will definitely be going back soon and trying more things on the menu.

The staff at Wayne's today were absolutely amazing and did there very best despite being extremely busy with the eat out to help out scheme. The team proved to be a well organised, but cohesive and from what I saw dealt with the pressure magnificently well.
On the downside, the cafe was understaffed for the level of footfall circulating. Someone needed to be around on the shop floor to clean the tables as customers replenished. This is advised for the senior management team at Wayne's.
During a pandemic, it's the companies due care to ensure the surfaces are well cleaned and that was merely impossible with only three staff members at such a busy time.

+Good location for a coffee shop, fair staff, nice interior. Good place to sit in and relax with your coffee or tea.
-Many times dirty cups left on table when the place is so busy.
Some member of staff are serve you in unfriendly mood, they look so bored to need to work.
It has way better when they just opened. All over it is become just an average coffe shop.

I’ve never been a huge fan of coffee chains even though my partner loves them but Wayne’s Coffee is something we both agree on. To me, this place looks better than Costa, Starbucks and more importantly what they offer is so much better both in terms of food and drinks.
I particularly like their Mango Frap.
Updated to four stars as their mango lassi is terrible...really awful.

Wayne's has the best hot chocolate I've had in any café in a long long time. It had cream, sprinkles, and looked so beautiful.
I loved the atmosphere, it was so relaxing that I sat there and read for over three hours. The only downside was the staff all looked moody when taking my order. None of them smiled the entire time I was there, therefore customer service could've been better.
Other than that, a fabulous place to relax and read!

Wayne's has the best medium filter coffee I've had. The coffee beans from which they make their coffee are also on sale and I am loving it.
If their coffee is not a good enough reason, their snacks are equally good and everything I've tasted so far is excellent. Their service is good and their prices reasonable. The coffee shop atmosphere is also cozy and comfortable.
Make sure you ask for a loyalty card! Coz you will be back!

Very nice and spacious place. Good place to kickback. I ordered the Lemonade Mojito - it was very bland I have to be honest so not impressed with that. Sister orderd the peach ice tea which was very nice though.

Delicious sandwiches and the clotted cream and strawberry cheesecake is to die for. They have a variety of drinks hot and cold. Lovely seating areas...definitely worth going to catch up with friends and family to chill and catch up with quality food and drink.

A friend picked me up a Cappuccino this afternoon from Wayne's Coffee and I have to say The Coffee Beans that are used are absolutely delicious. The Cappuccino was so creamy and the after taste it leaves is amazing!..

Best coffee shop! Lovely, welcoming staff. The coffee shop is decorated nicely - a nicr relaxing feel. Everything from the music choice to the lighting was brilliant. The shop was very clean and the menu choices were unique - they include common drinks/food that are expected of a coffee shop, as well as other different options, hence it stood out from other coffee shops! Will definitely be back here often!

I love it. Wonderful atmosphere and clean setting, great spot for a simple lunch and great coffee, a welcome addition to the revival of a once great town. I had a latte which was on point and a pastry which was also just right. Only improvement i'd suggest would be to have wireless chargers integrated into tables, that would be perfect but yeah still a great place :) Staff were friendly and nice to interact with

It is a great place for coffee and hanging out. I tried a cortado espresso and it was gorgeous. The coffee is definitely better than Starbucks and Costa but undecided if it beats my favourite: Cafe Nero! I also love how they offer cardamom sprinkles along with the usual chocolate and cinnamon. The reason its lost a mark is due to it poor customer service. Staff really could do with further training in this area.
