Nice place for a shisa lounge and cool milkshakes

Decided to go randomly late night around 12am with a few friends who came from Manchester and so I was hosting - the place was perfect for a late night chill. Shisha, tea, PlayStation 5, and cards.
But what really made it 5 stars for me was the service from the staff member Micheal, he was very polite and friendly and welcoming and just a overall good nice person. He let us stay for longer and gave us free PlayStation 5 time, and even joined in to play lol.
Will come again. Thank you.

Based in ilford, not far from seven kings station. They have parking if you find a spot in the side street. Shisha was good but they didn’t have all flavours available which was a shock. The order taker was a tiny bit confused and didn’t understand simple things. Drinks came quick and service was fast. They also take card payment which was good. Tv screens and other arcade type games available. Open plan seating but the heaters don’t let you feel the cold and the sofas are comfy.

Been here 2 or 3 times even realised went college with the owner, very tentative to your needs and just a great place to chill, for adults as well.

Came to watch champions league - had the chicken burger which was surprisingly good for a dessert place. Staff were very polite and courteous, thank you to a waiter by the name of Ali for looking after us
