I cannot speak highly enough on this place. I eat a plant-based diet and not only did they accommodate, they excelled. The food is simply fantastic and the service is equally top-draw. Eat in or takeaway. Prices that saw me buying 2 meals and eating one in the restaurant and taking the other home for Ron (Later Ron)!!! Very young, vibrant and friendly staff that didnt give the impression they were simply clocking in/out. In a world where I believe many Caribean Restaurants/Takeaways are found wanting, One Love restaurant is an absolute breath of fresh air. A 5 star experience that has me yearning for one of their meals just by writing about it. It is my pleasure to recommend One Love Restaurant. Bravo Maestro.

Best Jerk Chicken I've had! The bbq chicken was bursting with jamaican flavours packed full of punch and a nice amount of heat. The chicken was tender and succulent. The jerk sauce was also sensational! The rice and peas had some lovely aromatic flavours and the perfect amount of seasoning. The sweet potato curry was also lovely, a more subtle dish, but still packed full of flavour and some nice textures. Fantastic portion sizes! Will definitely be going back!
