Urban Chocolatier Ilford deserves all the praise for their exceptional qualities! Firstly, their quick service impressed me, ensuring I didn't have to wait long to satisfy my cravings. The staff's good customer service added to the enjoyable experience, as they were attentive and accommodating. Now, let's talk about their ice cream—it was beyond words! The deliciously creamy texture of their ice cream was a heavenly delight. Each scoop was a burst of delightful flavors that left me wanting more. And oh, the passionfruit mojito! It was a refreshing and tasty treat that perfectly complemented the sweet indulgence of the ice cream. Overall, Urban Chocolatier Ilford is a true gem, offering a delightful blend of quick service, good customer care, mouthwatering ice cream, and delicious beverages. I can't wait to visit again for another delightful experience.

So, since I visited Crome on St James Street in London, I have fallen madly in love with their luscious French toasts. So I decided that I had to find another dessert place nearer to me, that does French toast like that. That was when I stumbled upon Urban Chocolatier online. I immediately ordered French toast because that was the reason I was there. Lol. I must say that they didn't beat Crome, but it was still ok. The problem with that is, 'ok' wasn't enough to take me back anytime soon, but I can't say I won't visit again. The black gentleman waiter was so nice and helpful. If anything, I'll visit again because of him. He deserves to be the branch manager. I also noticed that they weren't economical with their chocolate sauce and fruits. Their prices are also not too bad. Unlike Creams, whose waffle sizes and fruit portions get smaller by the week. Yet it's pricier.

This is one of our regulars after a late night out and the majority the time, everything had been really pleasant. The deserts are lovely and there's a lot to choose from, so it can take a bit of time choosing. However, they are open till 1pm so if your craving something sweet, l would defo go here then anyway else local!
