Absolutely fantastic cafe! Loads of choice for breakfast, dinner and tea, prices are very affordable and the service was warm and friendly! Breakfast was absolutely banging too, one of the best breakfasts I've had! When were in the area again, we will 100% be returning! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Situated on bath street Ilkeston near to a bus stop is the coffee n cream café. The café offers a good selection of Cakes and savoury snacks plus a good selection of traditional English cooked breakfast options which are very popular with the locals and visitors alike !! . The portion sizes are quite big and hearty and are cooked whilst you wait fresh to order with minimal waiting time . The food is cooked mostly griddled for meat options , so no additional oils or fats !! A healthy approach for the health conscious diner . Coffee here is a mellow style roast and suitable for most palates and not too strong to overpower the taste of your cooked breakfast , tea options are available for the tea drinker, plus soft drinks and water are served from the chiller to compliment your meal all at reasonable cost . The staff are friendly and welcoming and prompt with your order .the cafés customer base varies from workmen to families with children and mature clients , who are all made welcome and it's quite a social hub for the local community who enjoy a chat and a snack in warm and pleasant surroundings . The coffee n cream cafés premises are cleaned to a very high standard and all cooking area's are visible from the service counter so you can actually see your food is cooked freshly in a clean environment . The café has a WC facility which is also cleaned to a very high standard and cleaned regularly throughout the day and is available for customer use . The café is a family run business and is not part of a chain and should you visit I'm sure you will enjoy the coffee and cream experience whilst in the Ilkeston area . Recommend dish Olympic breakfast for those with a good appetite !! .
