Was about 4.30pm Saturday and my wife got me a chicken bake, she had a sausage roll and my grandson had a pizza. All three was freezing cold, i was shocked that they sold us such cold food. Terribly slow service. Even if there is 5 staff members on there is only 1 person serving. Always seem to prioritise deliveries over instore customers. Can’t even go there on my break because I know I will be in the queue for 20min plus even at non-peak times.
