This is my local Caffè Nero and I visit here at least 2-3 times a week on my way into work. The staff are always cheerful and friendly and my flat white is always made perfectly. I use my Vitality vouchers each week. The pain au raisin and almond croissant are always tasty! There is a deceptively large seating area upstairs and a few tables downstairs.
Honestly, Caffè Nero is the preferred place for me; twice per day; morning and afternoon; Americano and cheesecake 🧀. Best of the Best Caffè Nero is the best.
Beautiful place and great staff !!! Very friendly and amazing at customer service especially the store manager , she will go beyond the mile for you ❤️
