Foods are good but too sweet in overall. Thai tea is also too sweet. Thai foods are not these sweet. Need some improvement but everything else is good.

Lovely food. Good service, they were very busy, but service was prompt and friendly. Food was very fresh and flavoursome.

Nice food (although microwaved) and reasonable prices. However, after several years as customers we were kicked out in screams for entering 2' after the closing time - without realising. This is no way to treat anyone. After pointing out the employee was being rude she refused to apologize.
Maybe this is how they speak to people in Thailand, who knows. Not coming back anyway.

Amazing ladies come to our rescue today! Our baby wasn’t feeling well and we still had quite a walk to the car she was getting very upset so we asked if we could go in just for some warmth for a few minutes and to settle her. The women were amazing all gathering round to comfort her and even made us a hot water bottle. We have heard about how amazing the food is here and will definitely be back after the welcome we had from such lovely staff. Thank you so much 😊

Best Thai iced tea ever! It’s a shame that they don’t have sour and sweet fish sometimes. But other menus are good so it doesn’t really matter. Great service and good hygiene. Highly recommend.

Have walked past this Thai restaurant so many times but never walked in, until last night. I did not actually eat at the restaurant but ordered some takeout. I ordered Dim Sum for starters and lamb in a spicy coconut sauce with fried rise as main. I would have to say the food was unbelievably good! Meat was so tender and nice, spicing was spot on, and I’ve never had better tasting fried rise. There are several Thai restaurants in St Albans, and I not been disappointed with any of them but Pin-Petch has to be said is the best. Highly recommend going there

Grand. Quick. Over-priced for what it is and where it is at over £12 for a Pad Thai and small lager.
The waitress did a good job of looking like she would rather be somewhere else. It attracts loud swots from St Albans School on school day lunch times as well, which is annoying. Otherwise fine.
