We love Nirvana. We have never had a bad meal and go two or three times a month. Having taken large parties there, of 20-30 people, the staff were incredibly prompt and helpful with their service. Unlike some of the other reviewers, we always ask for water with our meal and get it! The front of house team are fab, and we always get a warm welcome.
Very impressed. Been to Nirvana twice now and really enjoyed it both times Nice food. cool decor and great atmosphere. Last time we went it was quite busy at 7 o' clock on a Wednesday which is unusual these days. Will definitely be going again.
The best Indian restaurant in the area by far. Was very impressed by the standard of food presentation and also the service. Will highly recommend to everyone. Make sure you reserve the table if planning to dine on Friday or Saturdays!!!
Attended with 2 friends for a catchup.
I was greeted warmly upon entering the restaurant and shown to my table immediately which was clean and well presented.
My drink order was taken quickly and the food order was also taken within a good time.
All of the food arrived together and everything was correct as ordered.
The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed their respective meals.
The bill was presented quickly when asked for it and the payment went smoothly.
Overall we couldn’t have had a better experience.
Will 100% be dining here again in the near future.

Delicious food, great atmosphere. We tried this restaurant for the first time, after using the Burslem restaurant in the past, and I can honestly say it is just has good.. dare I say probably better. The food came out on time and everyone ate a the same time (14 people). The staff were attentive, professional and friendly and they didn't hover around you like some other restaurants do. Would definitely recommend visiting the Kismet in Hartshill, 5 Stars from me and my guests.

Food absolutely amazing. Service given time to look at the menu food brought out all at the same time for 6 of us. Not rushed but no long wait. House wine a very reasonable price. All thoroughly enjoyed the evening.
Second time only having a delivery from Hartshill venue. Lovely staff. The food is lovely. Only loss of 1 star due to the meat samosas sadly. They are tiny and obviously bought in as frozen one's like the one's you can buy in Pak's so they were a little disapointing as we are used to made on site one's three times the size. May try a third delivery 👍
We were recommended by friends to try the kismet for a family meal we regularly do. I was amazed at the service we received. The staff were very attentive. We had a 2 year old with us, and they involved her in the service we received, too :) The food was exceptional. It was spaced out perfectly and served professionally. We took a takeaway for a family member who couldn't make it. They timed that so that it was hot still when we got home. Perfect evening, enjoyed by us all with, and us all with the same view. Thank you. We will see you again soon :)
As a regular consumer of the kismet range, one might say in a connoisseur in all things curry.
My pick of the week at the moment is the Achari curry. It was tangy and lovely. Paired with a cheese naan and i was off to heaven.
10/10, will order again

Just had my usual meal from Kismet, this time I had chik madras/spinach & chik biryani. Absolutly Amazing!. Fresh tasting, the flavour to die for and just the right amount of heat in the madras as not to hide the taste. I have tried a dozen others b4 I found Kizmet Hartshill. I cant wait for my next one.
