OMG THE BEST CARROT CAKE I'VE HAD SO FAR!! This cafe doesn't only serve fantastic bakery and coffee/tea, they also make delicious ALL-DAY Scottish brunch for you to enjoy in a such lovely atmosphere. Located a few bus stops away from Inverness city centre, I totally recommend making a short trip here if you're a food hunter like me (Bus 5 or 5A stop right in front) I love the decoration inside so much. The colourful sofa is definitely a lovely spot if you like the sun. Table seatings are great too and the toilet is SUPER CLEAN & MODERN. - Build your own breakfast roll (sausage + V haggis + grilled tomato + scrambled egg) £7.25 Delicious & freshly cooked Scottish breakfast in a roll/bagel. If you know what haggis is made of - enjoy it the wonderful veggie way here. - Fiery smashed avocado & grilled Halloumi on toasted sourdough (V) £9.25 OMG LOVE THIS!! This plate has a decent hint of lemon. Avocado is very fresh and yummy. Halloumi is one of the best you could ask for. - English breakfast tea £2.65 Another cup of tea but this time with ARTISTIC & EXOTIC pot and cup. - Carrot cake BEST CARROT CAKE EVER REALLY!! It's smooth, not too sweet, has a hint of carrot, great toppings, etc.. this is what I love about UK!!

Utopia is the hidden gem of Hilton! With beautiful brunch options like the plethora of eggs Benedict to the bigger full breakfast options, and a lovely lunch menu with plenty of freshly made food and tasty cakes and coffee, there is something for everyone here. I took my friends here for the first time and they all loved it, ordering varied spins on the eggs Benedict and adding extras to big breakfasts, plus a few dirty chai's to get our day going. The staff were all great and the presentation was so nice we all took a photo of our plates! 10/10 - will visit again!

Finally got back, sadly this is one of the best kept secrets of Inverness! I can’t stress this enough, get your backside here for lunch! I had the Eggs florentine today, served on a Rosti (genius) with double poached and a light and creamy hollandaise. Normally I copy and paste from the menu to give better description but all I remembered to do today was take a single photo. This was purely down to the colossal quality of what I had. Hands down, the single best eggs florentine I have ever had! The coffee here is next level too, the place was so busy today and the waitress not once lost her cool or kept anyone waiting without letting them know she will be there. Wish I could come by more often.

Inverness has an abundance of cafes, but in my opinion Utopia Cafe is one of the best. The food, coffee, service and atmosphere are fantastic - a perfect place to recharge and relax having some brunch. A bit off the beaten track but well worth the extra mile or two to get there. Last visit I had the eggs Benedict with nduja hollandaise, ham hock on a potato rosti (I had Stornaway black pudding on the side) and I would highly recommend it. The cappuccino went down very nicely as well. Next visit I’m trying the Turkish Eggs.

Love this place, don't go that often but when I do i always order the same dish. Scrambled eggs on sour dough bread, black pudding, bacon and onion chutney, delicious. If you haven't tried Utopia I would highly recommend it.

A real local gem. Great food, well cooked and with good vegetarian options. Friendly staff and customers with a great atmosphere. It is on the pricey side for its location but well worth it for the quality - and the breakfast roll is a delicious bargain. It’s also dog friendly. If you’re not local it’s worth the trip.

I have been here many times and the food is always delicious! Definitely arrive earlier if you want to get in as it fills up pretty quickly! The French toast is amazing. As is the Benedict, pictured below.
