Nice wee pub local to Hilton. Has a beer garden and is dog friendly. Serves a good range of beer and spirits.

Went to watch England batter Ukraine at Dows. Plenty of like minded folk there. Disappointing selection of draught largers (Tenants only) and the bottles are over priced at roughly £4 each (small corona), particularly when you could nip to the shop next door and get bigger bottles for cheaper. Overall, the bar staff were friendly, and the folk who were also there seemed friendly enough.

Great pub, food and pints. Friendly, welcoming staff and locals. Worked hard to ensure all was Covid safe. Definitely worth a visit if you like down to earth people and want to relax with a few drinks. So glad we checked this out as we were up for a wee break from Edinburgh. Lovely friendly staff, quickly served and had some food which was great. 3 of us had the dogs along with a few drinks. Couldn't fault it in any way. The locals and guests that were there were really friendly also. Already booked to go back 😊😊
