I can not recommend Dows enough!!! Just been for an amazing meal, is was fantastic, so tasty and very well presented! Compliments to the chef! Our waitress was great too, Shannon was so friendly and so helpful! Highly recommend! 5�
Just rocked up for a take away breakfast... totally hit the spot on a rainy sunday morning.. tattie scones were great..

Great little gastropub, staff were very attentive and freindly and the food served was all full of flavour and great to taste. The Chicken Waffle Burger is a must have for anyone who loves some quality chicken!

Lovely friendly staff, quickly served and had some food which was great. 3 of us had the dogs along with a few drinks. Couldn't fault it in any way. The locals and guests that were there were really friendly also. Already booked to go back 😊😊
Great pub, food and pints. Friendly, welcoming staff and locals. Worked hard to ensure all was Covid safe. Definitely worth a visit if you like down to earth people and want to relax with a few drinks. So glad we checked this out as we were up for a wee break from Edinburgh. Nice wee pub local to Hilton. Has a beer garden and is dog friendly. Serves a good range of beer and spirits.
That chef can cook. Was in on Easter Sunday and WOW, the turkey dinner was absolutely fantastic. Also, the Mac & Cheese with Haggis, although I wouldn't have put the two together before this, was one of the tastiest meals I've had.
