Yangtse

I ordered food for delivery and specified delivery upon calling. The lady on the phone was so pre-occupied with other things that she didn't hear I wanted a delivery. She took my order and told me the price. Then she left the phone(hung up with no other questions). An hour later I called back and asked about my delivery and the same lady said 'you asked for takeaway'. My partner was here with me and said that I specifically said DELIVERY! The lady said if I wanted delivery then I should have given an address. I stated since I ordered from them so much I thought they just had our details by now. Ok, so I was wrong for not telling her she needed my address for delivery. I asked her if the food would still be hot and if not, then please just put a new order in so we can have some hot food. 2 hours later we finally get our good (we got delivery because we were starving and just wanted some food). The lady was nice enough to call and ask if the food was hot. We opened one carton that was steaming so thought it was hot. However, we find that the chips were microwaved to heat them and the rice was totally cold. We also got some dish that we didn't order, but sure not complaining there. We think we will try Chop Chop next time because they are under new management and might be a good try. We have eaten at Yangtse so many times (delivery always) that we were totally shocked this time at the service and the cold food. I know people usually write reviews when things go wrong but if we ever do try them again I will write another review (even if it's excellent).
