Food was awesome, we ate from the set menu and we didn't have a single complaint. Good selection from the set menus (£10.95 or £14.95 depending on food choices, we didn't have dessert)
Staff were absolutely lovely and super attentive, surpassing what you would expect. Food was quick and all came out at the same time. Highly recommend �
To be honest had an amazing meal here today! Was sooooo delicious!!! Enjoyed every single bite. This gentleman servmed me so well I couldn't be more appreciated. He was so kind. I got a table under air con and he immediately noticed I'm freezing offered me a better table to stay warm. Bumer I didn't get his name. Overall 10/10 !! Atmosphere,food, staff!! Couldn't be any better!!

I visited chiquito with my partner on Saturday evening we hadn’t booked and was advised a table would be about 30 minutes. We didn’t mind waiting in the bar it gave us some time to decide what we wanted to order and catch up after work.
Our table was ready after about 10 minutes wait.
We sat down and we’re served quickly.
The restaurant was busy with parties and lots of tables.
Our starter of nachos unfortunately went to the table next door that had come in after us and ordered after us. Our waitress assured us another one would be right out to us.
The nachos with chicken and chorizo were amazing I will definitely have them again.
Oh forgot to say this was my first visit to a chiquitos. If you go online you can get 20% off your first visit.
I had a halloumi burger and chips for my main and my partner had chicken and chips for a main. Both really filling and lovely food.
I will definitely be back.
We had a lot of fun with the Mexican hats that were on all the tables.

Amazing experience, went to catch up with a friend and our waiter Sam was absolutely lovely! So friendly, chatty and super smiley! An absolute gem of a waiter 💯👌🏼
We ordered food to go, including gluten free. The staff were friendly and helpful for ordering. They even gave us drinks whilst waiting for our order. They made sure the gluten free food was bagged up separately. The food was still hot when we got home a couple of miles away. Will definitely be going here again, this is exactly how good service looks.

Decided to go out for dinner as a treat. I let the kids decide so we ended up at Chiquito's Ipswich. We don't normally do to chain style restaurants as the potion sizes normally have you needed more and the service is mediocre at best.
Very happy to say this was not the case here! Food came out generously, piping hot and within good time. Our waitress Kai was exceptional. Cheerful, knowledgeable about the food she was servicing and seem to genuinely care about the customer care she was providing. She even convinced my wife to order a side of spicy baby potatoes which I knew was going to be fun as she hates spice but I her carry on for a laugh.
Overall the staff were quick, attentive and was the sort of service you should receive. Other restaurant chains might want to consider sending there staff on the same training courses these guy go on.

Polite staff, very helpful with giving us a table where I could sit in my wheelchair. Mocktails are lovely and the food is amazing.
Me and my family love chiquitos! We visit pretty often. I think this particular branch changed management/staff at one point a while back and seemed to have a hiccup as it really wasn't as good as it had been, however I think it was pretty quickly addressed and its been firmly back to one of our favourites again.
We find the food, staff, decor, atmosphere, service and prices to be just great. Wouldn't change anything except the breakfast menu being back all week long again 😊
It's a really nice cozy restaurant that is really suited to everyone. We have gone on 'date' type evenings there but also lunchtimes with our children and its always been pretty much perfect 👍😊

Had an amazing meal tonight with friends. Everything we had was very hot and really tasty. Ave was our server & she was great at recommending dishes and answering any questions we had. Cannot wait to return
