Always love Cafe Nero (though their chocolate fudge cake gets sold out quite often 🥹🥲), staff are friendly, only downside is if you choose to sit in, the tables are often not cleaned/cleared so you may have to clean a table to get a seat.

Great coffee shop. Fantastic staff who really are very helpful and friendly. Seating is comfortable, with some nice sofas. Customer service is something I absolutely cannot fault this place on. Really very good even if you manage to find something to complain about. The only downside is the toilets are upstairs and as far as I am aware there is nothing catering for disabled customers needs. But there are plenty accessible toilets nearby.
