Lovely food, staff, and entertainment offered
There for a wedding reception. Staff were lovely and they make this small and intimate venue look fantastic. Food was an Afternoon Tea. Sandwiches were simple but fresh and plenty of them. Scones were delicious and freshly baked. Cakes were okay - tray bakes and a Victoria sponge. The chocolate cake was the best received on our table. Staff were very attentive and there is a reasonably stocked bar for a venue like this too.
The best food you will find in Suffolk, the Sunday roast is amazing, you really can't find better. The variety evenings with 5 courses give you the opportunity to try something different, as you don't find true 5star quality food anywhere else around here. Highly recommended, fabulous food & excellent service in a beautiful setting
Lovely place for a meal or cuppa tea and cake. Plenty of room between tables and parking just outside with easy access from A140. Then you can walk around the woods in Thornham walks.
