I have to be honest and say this was not my first choice for fish and chips. We are on holiday and I stupidly left my wallet at home. First choice only takes cash but Lenny’s accepts Apple Pay. Our cod, haddock and chips were all freshly cooked by friendly helpful staff. The portion size (large) was excellent and everything was well cooked. The chips were not at all greasy and were the best I have tasted for a long time.
So pleased I found this place and will be my first choice if I am ever in the area again.

I've never eaten at Lennie chip shop in my home town, they were OK but some seem to be a little hard not cooked through. Otherwise the rest was OK. A very clean shop and nice customer service.

Best fish and chips in Hadleigh and surrounding area's. They also do an awesome battered sausage here. Prices are average, quality of ingredients is good and quantity is great aswell. To top it off the customer service is brilliant.

As a Brummy by birth, I value good fish and chips and Lenny's in Hadleigh never fails to deliver a DELICIOUS meal. My kids love their chicken nuggets as they're proper chicken pieces and I love their cod. Their chips are just as chippy chips should be and I know that Tom Prior, who owns and runs Lenny's, also uses healthy fats for his deep frying. As an online health and fitness coach, it helps me to not feel too guilty when I go for my fish and chip treat meal! I can highly recommend their service, their friendliness, their cleanliness and the quality of their ingredients. Now I'm feeling hungry ....!
