Subway in Queen Street, Ipswich has the friendliest staff member that I have experienced in a long time. The young woman always greets customers with a professional and cheery manner though thankfully, not over-the-top. She is also very efficient in doing her job.
The sandwiches are deliciously made and I have always visited when it is quite quiet so I can easily find my favourite seat - that's just fortunate timing.
I highly recommend this branch of Subway due to the superb staff member and the tastiest sandwiches.

Overall the store is very clean and well organised with quick and friendly service
I would have given them a review on subway listens but no recipt given
I had the notorious BMT which was very good sub was well made it had 4 slices of ham u usually get 2
My only issue is the lettuce was little brown
Would definitely recommend

Had lunch here on Sunday & very good service from the staff, plenty boards showing what you can have & what you can add for people that are new to the restaurant. Service was fast & very efficient & the staff were feiendly & very helpful. A few seats inside if you want to eat in & 2 tables outside also. The foot long I had was very tasty & hope you enjoy yours :)

Very clean and presentable shop. Staff were very efficient and professional throughout. Food was excellent as exactly what I ordered and looked fantastic. Will definitely come back

I always went there because I think the staff there is great.
But just ordering a take away is not good. An hour waiting and being hanged up on calling them. What a 'not' service. I can do better with my money

As with most other subways is pretty much the same. Not the largest I have been in and not really much space for too many people to sit inside.
I wasn't overly impressed with my last Subway. And they also didn't cover some of the offers you can get on the clubcard deals, which wasn't too great.

It's a standard subway. I like the salad, but wish it wasn't served in a plastic bowl. Meal deals bring your prices down, also well worth getting the subcard, you quite quickly earn enough points for free food. Could do with a little more care being taken to keep the seating area clean, but we did visit towards the end of the evening.

Sub assembly game on point. Staff courteous and gave me discount after spotting my NHS badge. Respect the initiative and honesty. I wouldn't have known to ask for it.

Went in for a take away coffee & got the nicest, most charming service I have had in Ipswich EVER. I think her name was Lauren B? Bless her; a real treasure!
