Really helpful member of staff helped me locate the compost on Tuesday (great special offer) and then took it to my car and loaded the boot. Excellent customer service.

For the first time I visited the Range for craft paints and accessories. I was very impressed with the range and price of paints etc and this shop will be my first "go to" in the future for similar items.
In the past I have bought all sorts of things from the Range and generally have been pleased with quality and price.

This store is full of a big variety of stock. Be careful as you could be tempted to spend good money.

Great selection of household wares at reasonable prices. Never disappointed in this store. Fantastic new selection of barbecues and garden furniture. In-store Iceland is an added bonus. Good car parking and a reasonable garden centre too.

I ordered a garden heater on click and collect and went to get it. I was given the wrong one, but I took it without having a proper look. I noticed when I got home, so I went back. I should have looked at it properly, before accepting. The staff members were great. They found the item I ordered and apologised for the mix up. Mistakes happen, how they're dealt with is what matters. 4 stars because the store is othewise a mess, management need to step up their act.

Love this store. I appreciate the hardworking staff, as I understand management does not favour them highly enough. Prices are always decent, our go-to for Christmas shopping and overall a pleasant place to go. My only qualm is that the good quality in the cafe could be slightly better.

Popped in here just to get a soda stream refill and ended up with lots more. Staff knew exactly how to do the refill, the price, where they were kept which made the collection very easy. Loved the Wilko collection and great to see a traditional brand going strong.

We brought some curtains which were good value. Went to paint department asked a member of staff about where small tin of white gloss was, he thought I said glass he didn't were it was, also I asked him where sandpaper was he didn't know that either.
