Club Services Ipswich

Called in for lunch with some family members. Have been to the club before and liked it very much. I ordered two of the Pork Rib toppers as a meal. I was a little disappointed with the meal reason being that the meat was not tender fall off the bone at all, I found it quite tough and dry. The BBQ sauce on the Ribs was awesome and managed to lift the dish but nevertheless it was very chewy. I mentioned it the staff and they apologised and I was assured that the feedback would be passed on to the chef. The other members of the family's meals were pretty good, they consisted of a Thai Beef Salad and two rump steak meals and were very nice. Family friendly club with happy and helpful staff and good service.

I give five stars but it didnt start out that way. We were there tonight for my wifes birthday. Ordered at 640pm. Inlaws ordered b4 us meals with in hlf hour. Was tolx 40 minute delay. 720 I checked another 10-15. Became an hour. Turns out our docket got lost on the clip in the kitchen so it fell to thd floor. All round Taylah got our meals to us but Sallys was stll not rite due to the steak not cooked correctly. Meal was relaced but it was 8pm b4 we ate. Taylah gave us a refund on our meals and Sally received a complimentary drink and Pancakes with Ice Cream. We have been to CSI a few times but after tonights initisl upset I had 2nd thoughts. It was the 1st issue we ever experinced but we werre looked after and it made the night special in the end. Thank U Taylah and CSI. We will be back again. Recommend it to any1. Food is Great.
