Hank's Deli And Cafe

One of the best things to happen to Ipswich! An entirely vegan shop and deli with a massive range of products and food. The wife and I commonly treat ourselves to a weekend lunch here and can pick up products that are otherwise difficult to find! The staff are super friendly and helpful, the shop is nice and easy to browse and the deli has a very comfortable atmosphere. Very much worth a visit!

A great place for a vegetarian snack. The food is delicious and the staff are very pleasant and friendly. The veggie bacon sandwich is awesome. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The place is primarily a vegan / vegetarian mini supermarket, but you can buy most of your regular food shopping here, just veggie meat stuff instead of ‘regular’ meat.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the choice of food is plentiful and I'm not even vegan! I love it that I can take my well behaved dog shopping with me. I wish more shops were like this The new cafe is worth a visit. Delicious cakes and pastries and the coffee is good.

After hearing about the vegan store from a friend, we headed to Ipswich to find out more, the store itself is packed full of vegan foods and even has a little cafe bit at the back which has some AMAZING cakes, truffles, donuts and more - this was my favourite bit, the lady there called Phoebe was super friendly, polite and explained what everything was in detail, she was very helpful. The guys at the front of the store were quick to help and also very friendly. Also, we headed round the corner afterwards to the "Hanks Dirty" vegan takeaway which was incredible, the young lady there was also super friendly, polite and had great knowledge of all the naughty delicious food on offer, you MUST check this place out, the food on offer is incredible and not to be missed out on..!! All in all, it was a clear 10/10 and we cannot WAIT to travel back there again.

I've recently moved to the area and have been in this vegan supermarket a few times. It's amazing, the staff are really friendly and there are lots of options for food but also for home supplies like cleaning products, bathroom products and recycled tin foil! The cafe section is also great and I have enjoyed everything I've tried so far (BBQ chick'n slaw bap, veggie sausage roll, all day breakfast, the chocolate muffins). It's really peaceful, I love the light coverings on the ceiling.

The best vegan place I have ever been to. It is so unusual and refreshing to have actual choices in what you eat. The burgers and hot food are amazing, as are the cakes and the wraps/sandwiches. The packs of cheese and meats he sells are ridiculously tasty, and on top of this it reasonably priced and incredible wonderful staff. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.
