Recently had a baby shower here and beautifully decorated. Staff were really friendly. Food was also lovely! The only downside is that the room (conservatory) was too cold they need to buy a better heater, my guests mentioned a few times how cold they were.
2nd time at this pub and it's delicious. We had traditional scouse and braised steak with peppercorn sauce. Service is great, food is piping hot and it's reasonably priced too. Would absolutely recommend.
Staff were lovely, hunter’s chicken was tasty although chicken was a little tough but it was so cold, no heating on. Looking around everyone had their coats on whilst eating. We didn’t stay for dessert or coffee, we were too cold.
