The staff right now are great. Helpful when needed. Another of the staff, well all the staff don't stay in the job for longer than a year. One Christmas the pharmacist didn't turn up for work so there was no one to give out the medication so had no medication over Christmas then asked why I'd not picked up my medication earlier 🤔😲😤

I have had a few teething problems here but all in all they are great. People have to remember that this store can be so busy the staff don’t have time to answer the phone. If I have a question I ask and normally get a proper answer. Luke, the manager has gone above and beyond for me and I really appreciate that. Thanks guys.

So professional, polite and welcoming staff. I have just recently changed my pharmacy for that very reason. Always have my prescriptions ready when expected rather than substantial delays at other local pharmacies which often leads to a back and forth conversation between me, the GP and the pharmacy. Your staff are a credit to the Well brand name. Thank you!
