Orders for drinks slow to be taken food took a while to come out about an hour, but was slightly busy had the pit master was really nice gf had steak she enjoyed hers to. The hand cooked chips were really nice. Paid bill at table then was accosted on the way out for not paying bill! Maybe a different manor of asking could be taught to staff I do get that some people might do a bunk but that's not how I roll..... would vist again tho.

Amazing food, the topped fries with mushrooms and blue cheese were divine! Food was well presented and delicious. Atmospherw was good and there was love music who interacted with the audience (S4TW). Good selection of drinks and large amount of seating indoors and out. Would return again to eat, drink and socialise if back in the area.

An amazing place in a great location. Stayed for the night and chilled in the pub in the day. Great layout; spacious yet cosy, great food - taste& portions fit for a king, plays good music and has best prices in these weird times. Having a pint under a fiver is a yes from me. The people working their shifts were top notch - kind, friendly and had great energy. Everyone seemed to actually care. The room was 5*. Don't spend the £ for being closer to the bridge - the view of the river is even better. Everything was perfect. Will be definetly coming back as soon as possible.

The decor from the bar to the rooms was delightfully imaginative, all mood lighting, rough timber and exposed beams. The room was spacious and good value with a great view over the Severn, but the highlight was by far the food. As a vegetarian, I'd more than heartily recommend the halloumi and mushroom stack burger, and the churros for dessert went down well too, served by a staff as friendly and attentive as they were busy. Overall, an excellent experience, far surpassing what the low price led me to anticipate.

We visited whilst in Ironbridge for our anniversary. When we arrived all outside tables were taken so we sat inside initially. Although it was very hot inside it was still very pleasant. I just felt sorry for the staff. After a few drinks we managed to commandeer a table outside once someone had left. We could have stayed here all night. Drinks were great and atmosphere was very enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely recommend and hopefully will be able to return again in future and try the food out as well. We didnt have a room hence why I haven't given the rooms a star rating.

Stayed here last night for one night. Got to the room and thought it was "quirky" with uneven floor and squeaky floor boards, shower over the bath, no tea bags in room, noisy, so wasn't overly impressed. Then I had food in the restaurant...UNBELIEVABLE. I would of left a 3 star review, but food last night and then the breakfast this morning have pushed it up to a 5. Well worth the stay just for the incredible food, very happy. Bravo to the kitchen and front of house staff

As we didnt stay here i cant comment on the rooms. We did however have a lovely sunday dinner. Whilst the sunday roast was very tempting for me, our group contained a few vegetarians and vegans so the team allowed us to choose from the normal menu! I know all enjoyed their food, I had the brisket for the first time and loved it! the meat was soft and succulent and very tender, teamed up with veg and gravy! we will return as this is now a firm favorite when coming to iron bridge or driving through!
