I was served by Emily, Milly and Jade, all were very punctual and polite, extremely attentive and overall wonderful. It was burger night, the burgers were amazing and the cocktails were incredible, I can't fault any of it. Perfect evening, will be coming again.

We hired a room at the Water Rat for a wedding function. The venue was excellent, staff friendly and efficient, the buffet provided was super. This venue is highly recommended for a celebratory occasion.

Nice pub just out of the main drag with a large well kept riverside beer garden. The beer was good the food ok although not really my style but the wife and kids loved it. The kids portions were big so big Kids won't be left hungry.

Just been here for a meal with my partner and my dad. We were warmly welcomed and the staff made a fuss of my dad's dogs. Absolutely stunning food. Wonderful , we shall be back!

Visited on Saturday evening with family and young puppy. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Really lovely pub to have an evening meal (with your pooch). Lovely table settings and the dog friendly area is very clean and inviting. The food was lovely too - especially loved the humous starter, salmon main and seafood linguine. The waffles went down a treat too. We had a lovely evening and like I say great place to socialise a young pup. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

We stayed here for our wedding night, the room was absolutely fantastic with beautiful decor. The next day for breakfast, the food and service was amazing, Julie went above and beyond and made our stay extra special. Thank you Julie 😘

Really enjoyed our stay. Visiting family in nearby village. Great pub garden out to the tow path along the River Severn and a very pleasant walk into Ironbridge. Breakfast was -freshly cooked to order and very tasty! Definitely enhanced by the lovely waitress Julie who couldn't do enough for us! We also ate with family in the restaurant in the afternoon and we all enjoyed the meals. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space and light and airy, and how nice to have such a choice of tv! My only criticism is the bathroom could have done with some new flooring and the radiator needed painting but all in all a good experience and would definitely stay here again!

A lovely pub with a great beer garden. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had to wait a while for the food but the staff were doing their best to get the food out as soon as possible. The food was delicious so it was worth the wait. There was a good atmosphere and it was a good experience.
